Abrasive Nozzle section covers the final chamber which combines and focuses the water and abrasive: Mixing Tubes, Focusing Tubes, Tips.
IWP has a complete line of abrasive nozzles. If the size needed isn't listed, please contact us and we will get it!
Performance of abrasive nozzles is directly related, primarily, to the orifice and mixing chamber, which is why we developed the DP-E. It is designed for long Abrasive Nozzle life and efficient use of abrasive, by pre-aligning the stream. It is ideal for both diamonds and rubies. Check out K0169!

Abrasive Feed section contains parts for feeding abrasive to the cutting head's mixing chamber: bulk hopper to the mini-hopper and finally to the cutting head, including the special, static-free hoses.

Cutting Heads and Assemblies section includes parts and assemblies for nearly all types of cutting heads, from where water enters the on/off valve body to where it exits the mixing chamber. The Orifice section covers the jewels that focus water, creating the stream that cuts - i.e. the part that makes waterjet cutting possible. The orifice has a huge impact on edge quality, efficiency with abrasive, wear on mixing tubes, and cut speed.
Waterjet Orifices go by many names: nozzles, nozzle assemblies, diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and jet tips are some examples.
IWP knows waterjet and has spent a significant amount of time testing and analyzing the many options available, which led us to the DP-E cutting head which combines the orifice and mixing chamber into a simple insert, to protect the cutting head body, and provide the best alignment of water and abrasive down the center of the mixing tube.

The Pump Parts section contains the parts used on the complete pump units, by area of pump and type of pump.
